Hart X2 review:

I have been a fittr follower for a long time and I credit this group for everything I know about getting and staying fit. I follow Jitendra Chouksey on every platform and try to learn as much as possible from every post or video he makes. What has always stood out to me about this company is the quality and integrity. So it was a no brainer that I got the ring.

I am not one of the early buyers because I really didn't want to pay extra for shipping to the US and once X2 was launched I was relieved that I didn't buy X1. I also had a Garmin watch for 5 years that I swear by for health data accuracy. So I have a benchmark to compare to.

Let's begin:

Looks: Pristine and premium. I love the design. It's light and to my pleasant surprise, extremely scratch resistant. Nothing can be scratch proof, so don't go testing it to the limits. I also like the look and feel of the charging case. The ring also is very sturdy. Titanium for the win!

Functionality and ease of use: Fitness rings are way better an idea than fitness watches. They are easier to wear and way less conspicuous. I am too excited to be able to wear all my watches again. The sensors on the ring are very accurate and consistent. It also helps that the battery doesn't need to be charged more than once a week.

Health markers: The array of health data available on the ring is second to none. Even if you find more on other devices, these are the actual markers to worry about. VO2 max, RHR, HRV, step count and sleep tracking were my primary concerns and fittr has done a great job of putting these numbers in the right perspective on the app. It does push one to get better everyday. TDEE calc is the cherry on the top.
The "no subscription" model is just another example of integrity shown by the company to not treat customers like cash cows.

App and user experience: The user interface of the app is very intuitive. It's really easy to get started. All the data is displayed in a way that is really easy to comprehend. I love the FAQ sections available for all the important data points. Breaking down what everything is and how to improve it is the difference between good and great.

Customer service: Fittr support is extremely responsive. There is no other company where the CEO answers your emails. That is one of the reasons I place so much faith in the company.

HART Ring Review:
I’ve been using the HART Ring for a week now and ended up ordering three of them. I wanted to give it a fair test before sharing my thoughts. Here’s what I’ve found so far:
What I Love:
Battery Life: The battery life on this ring is amazing. Even after a week of use, I’ve still got 25% left. With normal use, it looks like it’ll last around 10-12 days. Just remember to use a 5-10W adapter and the stock cable—charging from a laptop or PC might not be the best idea.
Strain: This has been an amazing addition. It just changes the way you look at your activity levels. This single metric frustrates me every single day, but also acts as a very important tracking metric to understand more about your body.
Tracking Metrics: The ring does a great job tracking HRV, RHRV, HR, and RHR. The visual display of these metrics throughout the day is really helpful and accurate.
Steps Tracking: As someone who’s new to fitness wearables, I was impressed by how well the step tracking worked after the calibration phase. It seemed spot-on with no strange readings.
User Interface: The app’s design is fantastic. It’s so visually pleasing that it actually makes me want to check it regularly. The design team did a great job.
VO2Max: I think it’s awesome that the ring tracks VO2Max. It’s nice to see that number improve over time and feel like I’m making progress.
Support from @Jitendra Chouksey: JC has clearly put a lot of effort into this product. He’s very active in responding to questions and fixing issues quickly. His involvement is a big plus.
My Final Thoughts: This is one of the best investments I have made. There are a lot of features and metrics coming to the app soon from what I have heard and am so excited for all of those.

HART Ring review and appreciation post!

So I’ve been using the HART ring for a couple of months now and thought about penning down some thoughts.
If I may add, I also have an Ultrahuman AIR ring which I got as a gift sometime back but wasn’t really satisfied with its accuracy and performance.

So I do have two fitness rings and let me tell you why I felt that the HART ring stood out for me.

1. Sleep tracking: Absolutely on point. Rarely goes off the grid. Post some previous firmware updates in the past, there used to be a teething period of a couple of days where the readings would be inaccurate, however once you’re past that the readings are usually very precise. The sleep stages are tracked very accurately. Ultrahuman AIR despite rolling out thousand of firmware updates still can’t get the sleep stages tracking correct, something which the HART ring has mastered perfectly. However, sometimes naps go amiss. 4.5/5 rating.

2. RHR, HRV tracking: Solid. Rarely goes off the grid, metrics stay mostly consistent. 5/5 rating.

3. Steps: Shows lesser steps compared to the UH AIR, but this doesn’t bother me too much as it gives me more of an incentive to get more steps done in a day. 4/5 rating.

4. VO2 max: Haven’t used the ring while I train because I’m afraid that it will leave scratches, so can’t comment on this yet. Once I get the silicon cover delivered, I will be using it while I train and share the feedback.

5. UI: Since the latest UI rehaul, it has been a very pleasing on screen experience for me. 5/5 rating.

6. Battery life: Solid. A fully charged battery is able to serve fine for 3+ days. Remains to be seen how it fares with the activity mode on.

Overall, a pretty decent 4/5 product. Especially at this price point, it’s a no brainier for fitness freaks like me.

HART ring lets you track Recovery, Sleep, RHR, RHRV, Activity, SpO2, VO2 Max, Body Temperature & Stress. Not all the wearables available in the market let you track all the above mentioned parameters..

HART ring being sleek and feather light, hardly feels like I’m wearing it. The battery lasts up to 8-9 days, hence don’t have to be bother to charge every other day.. Have used Apple Watch & Fitbit in past, however it becomes pretty uncomfortable to wear them while sleeping unlike the HART ring..

The after sales is to another level.. Haven’t seen any CEO of the company trying to solve your issues.. Also the team responds within hours and guide to solve any issue faced..

So all the fitness lovers out there to take your fitness journey a notch up book your HART ring & become a member of the FITTR Family..
